FOCUS ON ALIGNMENT
This class is a perfect way to learn and practice the basics of vinyasa yoga. During this class a lot of attention is being brought to synchronizing breath and movement, with a special focus on the alignment of the poses. The pace is gentle, so you can truly work on your transitions.
