STRONG VINYASA YOGA
This yoga class combines fluid movement and intuitive alignment, through dynamic and creative sequencing. While maintaining focus on breath and intention, you will strengthen the connection between body and mind, while improving your practice – with plenty of room for experimenting with new and more advanced asanas.
This challenging, technique-based class focuses on body awareness and proper execution. Please note that it is not recommended for beginners.Check it out »
