So you decided to go to yoga. First of all: yay! Second: now let’s make sure you can truly enjoy it, instead of feeling a bit overwhelmed in a class, that turns out to be more suitable for advanced practitioners.
To get the most out of your first steps on the mat, it can be helpful to pick a class where the pace is a bit slower and where there is an extra focus on basics and techniques. We’ve highlighted some weekly classes, where you can fully immerse into your practice, while feeling safe and guided. Enjoy!
